Charcoal does not want to burn
I have been trying to use it for several months and very often the charcoal does not ignite no matter how long the flame lasts. Outside. I've tried opening fresh packs and the same thing happens, so it's not improper storage on my part. In each pack, with the exception of a few, most pieces do not glow or require a tremendous amount of effort to stay lit. I've ordered other brands and never had this problem. Avoid this and find another brand.
