Review on Intelligent USB to CAN-BUS Converter: XP/WIN7/WIN8 Compatible with USB Cable and Analyzer by Mark Repp

If you need software, just go to seeedstudios. They sell a similar device and the software on their github worked fine. You will find versions 7.0, 7.1, 7.2 and 8.0 which I found. Most likely there are others. I prefer 7.2+. I hooked it up a few weeks after some testing and now it's transmitting but not receiving. So I have a choice: buy again and hope for the best or find something more expensive. Much luck.
