I prefer cloth masks that I then wash with the regular laundry. The problem is that no matter how hard I try to secure the little beads for adjustment I invariably seem to lose some. These little stoppers make great replacements. It is a bit of a pain to get them on since there isn't a tool included as some similar products have. After a little trial and error I worked out a system using a wire to get the stopper placed on the ear loop. Once there it does a great job of securing the loop to a comfortable position.
