I think I've had it for about a year - wanted to get through security quicker with a laptop. For this purpose it works fine. The bag is a bit larger than I expected - I have a 15" laptop and it has more than enough space for a computer, some peripherals/cables, files and various office supplies. Plenty of pockets/storage. Two pen holders, an ID card holder, a lipstick/lipstick holder, a wallet holder located in the smaller pocket you see from the front. There are two main compartments - one for the computer and one for the files. As for the smaller zipped pockets - I think there is a small one on the outside and one or two zipped pockets on the inside, but I don't use them that often. Also comes with a pouch with a mini wristband, which is handy for going out. Just so you know, this is not real leather and the faux leather trim will wear off.
