If you're going through airport security with a laptop, simply unzip the side of your computer, lay your bag horizontally, and roll it up—without having to take your laptop out and toss it in the bin. The compartments in the bag are very practical. Fits my 15.6" laptop with no problems. However, the bag is too bulky. Also, I've had it for 4 months and the threads on the handles are so frayed that I'm looking for a new bag. It's definitely not the price worth and doesn't look elegant enough for a professional/work bag.
