Returned the goods because the zipper on one side did not work properly. It was very sticky and difficult to close. If I'm going to spend that much money on a bag, I want it to at least be in good condition. As soon as I got my hands on it, I also felt that it looked cheap and crappy. "Patent leather" looks like vinyl, and I personally didn't like that style. It was too obvious. If the zipper had worked I probably would have kept this bag but returning it was very easy and I'm glad I did. I ended up buying a genuine leather Samsonite bag from the office store, which looks really good.
