Great product, lots of power and useful accessories. I'm looking for 500w+ so it can make thick liquids like ganache. That's 800 watts. I also like the click and delete system rather than the twist off design. The snap mechanism is easy to operate with one hand, while the swivel mechanism requires a bit more strength. I like the flatter design of the mixing cannula more than the curved shape. For small amounts of liquid, the flatter profile allows for better mixing without entraining too much air. The whisk works well, if a bit too flexible, but most of these mixers are the same design with thinner whisks. The blender is fine for fine work but I wouldn't say it replaces more powerful single function food processors. But overall a good set at a reasonable price.
