Cuts in one direction only
I wish I had read more reviews before purchasing. Cuts in one direction only. If you have a blade at the top of the paper and you slide it down, it will rip whatever you cut. I realize it was cheap, I've had many cheap paper cutters and never one that didn't cut both ways. Most likely I'll throw it away, and it's not worth all the ruined, torn artwork.
