Very good lead generation & prospecting platform

I like that all of my prospects are organized for me - from active to passive to pipeline status. This makes it easy to see what needs attention next! Also love how you can track your interactions with individual reps within an organization over time using the rep profiles feature. Nothing really - but perhaps more robust reporting would be nice. If anything, this is great because we're able to focus our efforts on only those companies who have shown interest - not having to do cold calling or other general outreach activities. The ability to send targeted emails with the correct data and content is great. The support team is also fantastic! They are always willing to help when you run into any issues or questions. It would be nice if we could export our email file so that we can use it for other campaigns. Make sure that this tool works well with your CRM. We have been able to really target our leads by using their contact information from our CRM and having them receive specific emails about our products.
