This would be a 5 star rating were it not for the fact that the strap has a piece of rough velcro that faces outward and rubs against your shirt under your shoulder when walking/running the back and finally destroys the fabric of the shirt. It ruined one of my favorite shirts. You also have to wear it snugly on your arm to keep it from slipping off, hence comfort only gets 3 stars.
