My friend recommended this particular product because he has 6 of them installed at home and loves them! tries to wake him up for school in the morning. It's gotten so bad lately that I lost my voice all weekend! My friend installed these intercoms in all rooms of his house to avoid the constant yelling that led to arguments between family members. I didn't have to fiddle with electrical cords or tools. Plug it in and set the channel. did! Third, the volume rises quite high! All I have to do is press the talk button and speak in a calm voice. There's also a call option that sends an audio signal to another receiver at a volume of your choosing to support me during the wake-up calls I need to make at 7am. It has already saved me from so many evil looks and fights! That alone is worth every penny! Finally, you can add more recipients to the mix if you like. I like this option. If you get more of them, there's an option to put them all together in a "group," which is similar to a conference call. There is also an added bonus with a monitor button. my son hasn't figured it out yet 🤫 it works great when he's "at school" as he walks virtually. I can test him without disturbing him or her even though I know I did. It made life a lot easier for my son and I in the morning. It's very easy to set up and use, which is what I was looking for.
