I like best about this program it's simplicity in use for all our needs; we can manage everything from one place, its easy access via computer or mobile device with no worries of losing anything. This program has been very effective at serving us well over time now almost two years since purchasing it. There are many things they could improve upon but overall good tool if you're looking into an open-source option. We've had excellent success using Arxiva as part of managing research papers submitted by students enrolled within my department. The platform provides me with visibility regarding what work was completed each month, allowing me to track student progress throughout their tenure here. It also helps keep tabs on which papers were accepted/rejected once reviewed by faculty members who assign them.
