Bad buy for vacuum cleaner and floor care
I bought this product and the next day after the return option, the vacuum cleaner did not take any money. I call Samsung and after an hour of waiting and talking they agreed to fix it. I sent it in and after 2 weeks received the same one that said it was repaired. It never loaded. I called again, wasted time waiting and explaining and they agreed to send a new one if I sent mine. I sent mine in and 4 weeks later they sent the same one back, not reconditioned. Terrible customer service and non-working product. and no more wasting time calling Samsung for a product that cost less than $300.00.
