Great collar for cats
My cat kept losing her safety collar so I needed something that wouldn't come off easily but wouldn't choke her. I followed the advice of another reviewer who said they attach the collar to the last hole so it's loose enough for the cat to pull out if it gets caught on something. With an elastic band (which held its elasticity well) it sure could, so I'm not worried. She wore it for several months and still hasn't taken it off. It still looks new. I highly recommend!
