Review on 💡 Dimmable LED Recessed Replacement for Industrial Electrical by Parmida by Paul Williams

After installing 3 of these 4K LEDs (which was very easy) I emailed the seller and received a very quick and complete response. I will post my email and their reply below. Their 4K LED lights are very good for the price! However, there are 3 improvements I would suggest: 1. Your instructions say to remove the lenses by turning them counter-clockwise, but that will tighten them, so you'll need to remove the word counter! In addition, your instructions also say to change the lens by rotating it clockwise, which should also be corrected.2. Your instructions say to remove the 2 stickers on the back, but I've found that if you leave the stickers in place and just slide the screw through the correct hole, the sticker will hold the screw in place when you try to run it . Thread into the junction box.3. An additional internal diffuser inside the lamp makes the light dim and grey. I had to remove them to get acceptable light. In my opinion they should be removed from production or you should mention in the installation guide that the end user might want to remove them. I don't see that they are really needed or that they improve the lighting in any way. 1. Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Our 4" disc lights require the lens to be rotated counter-clockwise to remove, which is an oversight. We'll fix this in our guide asap - thanks again! 2. Previously, we found that if the sticker is not removed, its remnants will stick to the screw, making it difficult to screw into the junction box, so we suggested removing it for convenience. But of course we will discuss including this option in the installation guide!3. This is a very good point and we talk about it all the time as we have previously produced these lights without a diffuser. The purpose of the diffuser lenses is to provide a more diffused flood light rather than the spot light effect achieved without a diffuser. We will definitely revise the wording of the fitting instructions (as suggested) and take into account that the end user cannot remove them!
