Loomly has been great for my business, allowing me to see where I stand in terms of engagement, follower growth, and more importantly, conversion rate - all this with live metrics. It's also really easy to add new platforms like Instagram, Messenger, or even Facebook groups. The only thing I wish was better support for email campaigns. We're able to track our emails from our website as well as from our mobile apps. This is very helpful for tracking conversions. They also provide some analytics reports which are helpful but not always accurate. We've found that we get a lot of fake followers but it's hard to tell who they are unless you do an investigation. Our goal is to increase our conversion rate and engagement. With Loomly, we've seen that we have a higher conversion rate and engaged users. I like how easy it is to get started with Loomly, and how they make your content look great too! They're also pretty good at monitoring what's working for you and what isn't; and at sending out new posts or content as soon as we spot something working well or not so well. Also, if you want to share content from other websites, then you can do this easily. We've been able to create an engaging community around our brand, and keep up with all of the conversations going on in real time.
