Review on ☕️ Gaggia Anima Coffee and Espresso Machine with Programmable Options, includes Steam Wand for Manual Frothing of Lattes and Cappuccinos by John Patterson

Have been using this machine daily for several months now. I like that it's easy to clean. I clean the base and used coffee grounds after each use to prevent buildup. I would give it five stars if the steamer was longer like more professional machines. I managed to replace mine with a stick from an old Krupp machine. it was with some skillful cutting and soldering. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to replace it any other way. However, the supplied steam wand works very well and I also like that you can use pre-ground coffee in addition to beans. The coffee maker isn't too loud and has a decent selection for initial setup. I just hope the brewer and water pump hold up. I also have one of these Gaggia machines at work and have seen it used A LOT daily with no problems which is why I chose this model in the first place. 1 year update: mostly good so far. A problem with a damaged o-ring on the water inlet to the brew group. A replacement was found on site and the issue was resolved. See parts diagram. The steam wand modification is holding up very well. All functions work without problems. Brew group thoroughly cleaned and re-lubricated with silicone grease. I also did a decalcification with vinegar just for maintenance.
