I've wanted an IP for a long time, wirh everyone saying how great they are. But then I would ask myself, do I really need this big thing? Am I honestly going to use it? I mean, I already have a crock pot, can this really be much different?Then I was gifted one, and yeah.the hype is real. My trial run I made pulled pork. A fraction of the time and it came out perfect, tender & juicy. Beef stew, about an hour total, came out like it had simmered all day.I absolutely love that you can saute in it before the pressure cooking part.I haven't tried the yogurt function yet, but will soon. We eat a fair amount of yogurt, and the pinterest boards are wild about homemade yogurt, so that will be up next.I love it so much, I bought one for my sister's xmas present, and am ordering the egg mold thing.Bonus.it actually fit in my kitchen cabinet.
