I love this strong horse! This week I pushed my limits by slicing pizza greens, kneading pizza dough for 25 people and a pie crust. I am very happy with my choice in this food processor. Powerful engine. It's a big processor, but with a powerful engine. I love and appreciate a special case for storing different blades and attachments. There are three ways to feed feed through the large opening feed chute. I appreciate the easy locking lever and suction cups to keep it in place. I used a pizza dough and pie crust cutter instead of a cookie cutter. It was much quicker and the dough came out great. I wasn't impressed with how it sliced the tomatoes, but no one seemed to mind that they were more mushy than diced ones, like they were diced with a knife. I can come back to that with another vegetarian. I've used a variety of sliced tomatoes of various thicknesses for pizza and it's been fine. It certainly did the job, but maybe a firmer tomato. I think it would be better with another veg.
