The first thing I noticed was that the built-in voice sounded natural and not digital. When using Bixby assistant on Samsung A50, Bluetooth will play Bixby voice for voice commands, notifications, caller ID, etc. I turned Bixby off most of the time. The headset is very comfortable to wear and I often forget I'm wearing it. I also like that it's not a "headphone" style, so one ear is unplugged so you can hear around you with both ears. Charges in 2 hours and, like most lithium batteries, builds up over the first 5 or 6 discharge/charge cycles. I also like that it has a real on/off button and the multifunction button does the pairing as well. Good if you want to connect a second device. It detects previously paired devices and connects automatically. The signal range is good. In a multi-room house, I can get about 20 feet from the phone with a few walls, and 30 feet is perfectly doable in large open areas. Callers say my voice is clear and sharp even when it's outside in windy weather, like riding a bike. It connects to 2 devices at the same time, and I often listen to live desktop news feeds while connected to my phone at the same time. When a call comes in, the live broadcast is paused and I can answer the call. That's exactly what I wanted. Also included was a zippered vinyl case for the earcup, a 6-inch USB charging cable, and two different sized ear pads. I really can't say anything bad about it. Some people say that the built-in voice sounds digital, but a female voice sounds very natural in headphones.
