I was looking for something affordable and easy to use to remineralize my teeth. Cleaning with this paste takes a little longer, but I think it's worth it. I haven't used Florida toothpaste for years due to the negative health effects of fluoride, so I was happy to find this fluoride-free toothpaste with a mild, pleasant mint flavor. I have used baking soda which is not very pleasant to clean and does nothing but clean. I apply this paste to my toothbrush without water, brush it thoroughly for about 2 minutes, and then rinse my mouth for at least 3 more minutes. My teeth have never been so smooth and I am very happy to see the results of the remineralization after a while. Teeth are very valuable and important and anything we can do to save them and keep them healthy is worth the time, effort and money. It's better to spend a few bucks more upfront for something good and effective than spend huge bucks on fillings, root canals, and crowns, not to mention the pain!
