I just got them and started playing with them and switching between different display modes. They are super cool and I see them replacing my outdoor LED Christmas string lights around my cornice. They come in handy for other holidays like Halloween and Independence Day. I'll try to run them all year round and see how they hold up. However, there is a downside, in the description of the different modes it says that there are modes - green constantly lit purple flash; Blue Steady green flash; Red and green flicker etc. None of these modes exist, all existing tracking and flicker modes include 5 colors. I'd like a red and green sparkle for Christmas, but that just doesn't work. However, there are very cool red, white and blue modes in both constant light mode and flicker mode. There's also a Halloween mode with alternating purple and orange lights on the continuous mode.
