I love how easy it is for our team to get insights into what's working or not when we are creating new content and campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, website). Sometimes you can't tell whether something truly works until later in the life of an ad/campaign but this gives us enough information so that if there isn't good results early in the campaign, we know to stop investing time and money in it! We've also found some great ways to use Google Analytics and AdWords together to help troubleshoot problems. It takes some getting used to - especially since all my other tools feel like they're stuck from the 90s. But once I got over the initial "ugh" factor, I realized how useful this tool really was.
