Favorite Loaf Pan for Bread Pans
I need a loaf pan that is slightly longer and narrower than the standard size so I can bake small appetizer-sized pieces and allow for more even baking (while not having to pick in between become the raw center and overcooked edges). This fitted the bill and gave the perfect first loaf with a slightly reduced baking time. This is my second Peugeot Appolia, the quality is excellent and I appreciate the small handles.
