I have to say I love it. I feel some relief. I needed something for pain. The sole of my foot hurts a lot when I get up and walk. I hope this helps with nerve damage, spinal deterioration, headaches, migraines. The tips are not sharp. That's a good feeling. Feels like rubber, not hard plastic. The buns are really big and have a soft roll. I highly recommend it. It doesn't have a strong smell. I use it before bed for insomnia. The spike ball is great too. Easy to hold and roll in hand.
