Definitely waterproof

So this is the second type of waterproof case I bought. It's definitely durable and waterproof, however the plastic tarnishes very quickly, affecting image quality. So at first the photos are great and clear, and then they get very blurry and it's difficult to get a good picture. I used these for my vacation. I snorkeled a bit and the pictures turned out great on the first day. The problem with such cases is that the phone does not work well underwater due to the water pressure. It cannot detect the pressure of your finger on the controls. A few workarounds for this are to open the camera when the bag is out of the water, then lower the camera and use the side button to take pictures instead of the on-screen button. A little trick for the video - we take the bag out of the water again and start recording the video. Then load the bag and continue filming. A few more points - the side button for taking photos isn't the easiest to use, as that's where most of the plastic is. Also, the phone dangles there when it's in your pocket. So if you're shooting underwater and the lens isn't pointed out of the way you won't get a great shot - I mean you can see why, but at the same time there's no way to get the phone lying flat. against the side of the bag. In short, it works, it's waterproof, but it's difficult to work with it underwater. I like the tie. I was boogie boarding with another bag around my neck and it stays put even when the surf throws me. This pouch allowed me to let go while diving and keep the Ti around my neck. It also works great if you just want to stick your credit card and/or keys in there to take in the water with you.
