Review on Clover Hana Ami Flower Loom Shape by Wendy Rodriguez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent Bloom Loom

I was hesitant to buy it due to some negative reviews but my experience with Clover tools was very good so I chose Hana-Ami anyway. This loom combination is excellent. What I like: 1. Six nested looms in a closed container.2. Each loom fits the base individually, and the base has slots and notches to hold the ends of the yarn. No problem to keep small circle and square.3. Compared to other looms, they have more pegs. More pins give more possibilities and fuller designs when using finer yarns, raffia, thread, etc. The pins are as tall as my other looms so I don't know why others have trouble holding stitches. The Hana-Ami pins are slightly tapered, which helps if you want to transfer the loops to adjacent pins (which you can do when braiding petals, for example, to narrow the tips of the petals). This set comes with a center stick that can be used on the base to create incomplete circles, squares or hexagons. From a wicker fan, a quarter circle, you can use the instructions to make pendants for earrings or an interesting pendant on a necklace.5. Supplied with a plastic needle with a curved tip.6. Detailed instructions are inside, and you can still find many more loom ideas on Knitting and Dot com.7. Includes the approximate length of yarn needed to make one pass around each loom. You know in advance if the leftover yarn is long enough to be useful. In fact, each color is long enough to be used in a floral center. Ignore the naysayers and give this set a try. I doubt you'll regret it.

Pros
