I bought the RSQ9285. I read all the reviews while waiting for this machine to arrive in the mail and some of the negative reviews made me nervous. However, when the machine arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and ease of use! It came with an instructional DVD that helped me figure out how to use each feature and I felt it also included an explanation of every issue I read about in the negative reviews. I suspect most of the negative reviews are from people who either didn't have access or didn't take the time to watch the tutorial video. I can absolutely recommend this car. I will never go back to a Stock Car or Singer again.
