The buttonhole cutter is excellent; Buttonhole knife is useless
I had several hinges (various types) that needed opening and an eyelet. The buttonhole knife cuts through denim easily and cleanly - I will never use scissors to open a buttonhole again. However, the awl did not interfere with the base or any part of the keyhole in the keyhole loop. As far as I can tell the sewing tool is completely useless - it doesn't work at all.
