Review on 🔧 LICHIFIT Replacement LIDAR Motor and Cable for Neato XV, Botvac 65, 70e, D80, D85 Robot Vacuum by Janet Brown

I saw some reviews that gave this product 4 stars because the connectors needed to be re-soldered or the cable wasn't long enough to install. In my specific case, I have a Botvac D80. The wires that were already on the block had to be removed and in the case of the D80 the red wire on the motor actually goes to negative. I think the best way to install this part is to remove the existing solder and then solder the factory wires in place. You still have to do it, so fixing your robot won't be too hard. Before the repair, my device was only a foot away from the base and then got stuck with error 3000. After the repair, it cleaned the house a few times (even this afternoon!)
