Doesn't work properly

Exactly 2 weeks have passed since using the monitor. It is very accurate when it comes to measuring voltage and current, you can even calibrate the meter for more accuracy. 'OUT' controls a 12V output that can be connected to a 12V relay or just a light source. You can set the output to turn on/off when the selected value reaches a certain value. If it is disabled, you must manually re-enable the output. I have to push the buttons hard to get an answer, that suits me. I love Drok products, I have a lot of them. They always work, but I'm not sure, it doesn't read the capacity correctly. The main reason I bought this is to control the capacity (%) of the battery. As stated in the manual, "percentage power is the ratio between the actual measured AH value and the set AH value." I connected two 100Ah batteries in parallel, so I set mine to 200Ah, but since the capacity is only from Ah depends my voltage drops to 11.2 volts and the reading stays 99% full and after a few minutes drops to 0%, I've never seen it increase or decrease gradually. I've contacted Drok but haven't received a reply yet so I hope they see and reply to this review. I hope the problem is with me and not with the monitor.
