- Easy customization- Good documentation.- Tool support for application tracing/profiling is excellent! No easy way out here yet if you are looking something like New Relic which has other features as well but not so great pricing model! Would love some additional modules or plugins available soon especially around performance issues monitoring & management!! Also would definitely prefer more UI enhancements including ability check system availability from within dashboard itself rather than accessing it through external link!! Great tool overall however this aspect could have been addressed by having better integrations capabilities along side ease usage via single pane interface. Very good option where we track our infrastructure's health metrics using Cloud Watch insights, We used cloudwatch dashboards mainly before getting into firescope product when troubleshooting network problems at customer sites etc., I like how easy it is to set up and configure. It's very flexible, so you can customize it for your needs. There are plenty of options to help you determine where to focus your efforts. The support team has been excellent. They're always willing to answer any questions you have. If there's a new feature coming out, they'll let you know about it well before it's released. This product will allow you to see all of your application performance issues at once. That makes it easier to prioritize them.
