This product was recommended to me by other Wrangler owners and it was a joke. We cannot force the settings to be retained after a gear change. We took the block with the jeep to the dealer and programmer and they all said it was a bad block. We tried for 2 months. Maybe longer. contacting the company directly by phone and email and not replying or emailing in return. It was the waist of money that didn't come cheap. Also, 2 other jeepers bought the device and each of them are also having problems. Everyone is slightly different in terms of their setup.
