Absolute junk. Bad customer support. Stay away

Failed immediately after ONE use. With my working files loaded on it. The second time the drive just wouldn't turn on and wasn't recognized by any of my computers (Mac or Windows). Swapping cables didn't help. The recovery program did not help. Customer support was useless. Thank God my intuition did not allow me to delete work data from another flash drive. I can't imagine how screwed up I'll be if I delete them. I am very disappointed in this brand and will definitely stay away from them and the junk they make.
