I bought Mountain Warehouse Caribou Junior Snow Boots for my active and adventurous seven year old son. I was impressed by how warm and comfortable these boots are even in the coldest of temperatures. The boots have a good height which prevents snow from getting in and the Velcro closure system ensures a snug fit. However, after a few weeks of use I noticed that one of the boots had the sole starting to chip off. I took them back to the store and they exchanged them for a new pair with no problem. Unfortunately, the second pair didn't last long. My son has only had them for a few months and the upper shows clear signs of wear. Overall I'd say these boots are fine for casual use, but I wouldn't recommend them for kids who are very rough on shoes. The price is reasonable but the durability is disappointing.
