The Instant Pressure Sealing gaskets are a great addition to my kitchen accessories... According to my experience these replacement gaskets work perfectly with my pressure cooker. I no longer have to worry about pressure or steam leaking out of the cooker as these gaskets create a tight seal. I appreciate the fact that I can use them to replace old, worn-out gaskets.
