Open source devops tool used by my IT organization
The best thing about this product is that it is very easy to use. It has a great UI and its interface is very user friendly. We have been able to manage all of our openstack environments in one place with ease.The only downside I have noticed so far is that it can be slow at times when working with large databases. My company uses it for our production database servers. It allows us to easily create and deploy new environments without having to worry about the complexity of managing an openstack environment ourselves.
Pros

- Very intuitive GUI/UI
- Great support options available through their community website.
- Good documentation included within PMO itself, but also accessible via web search engines such as Google or DuckDuckGo's !bangs! feature(s)
Cons
- Does not integrate well into other cloud management platforms like Terraform / Ansible etc
- Slow performance compared against using
