Update: After I posted my review, TEEMI contacted me and sent me a new device. I was very surprised that they offer such excellent customer service for such a product. I added a star to my review for their excellent customer service. Pros: Very inexpensive, easy to use with minimal setup. It scans well and works flawlessly with any computer. If you are using this for home use or very occasional use this is perfect. Cons: After a year, the first one (of 3) I bought is no longer charged. The documentation is written in broken/poor English and the manufacturer's website is full of broken links. They're so much cheaper than professional models that it makes sense to keep swapping them out. Now I'm trying a different model, but I don't expect a big difference.
