I had high hopes for this dress, but sadly I am probably going to return it. My quarantine body just doesn’t look like I expected the dress was going to make it look.The ruching is a great idea, but the material is thin enough to where it still shows all the lumps and bumps that I bought the dress to hide.When it arrived, I noticed that the plastic packaging had a red residue on the inside of it that transferred from the dress. I put the dress on, thankfully didn’t stain my white bra, but it did permanently stain my newly gel painted French tip nails. Who knows what it would do to other clothes once washed?The material is VERY soft, and the color is exactly like it’s pictured. The wide square neck is very flattering, but I’d recommend wearing a strapless bra or your straps may show.Overall, this is a nice dress. Personally, it’s just not for me.
