I ordered a Medium. 5’5, 140lbs, size 6 pants. Amazing! I bought these for kayaking and now I wear them to work out in too! They are super comfy and are the right length. Not too short. The inside underwear was weird to me, but now I go commando and they are perfectly comfortable. I would get these in more colors if they had more to offer like a gray or baby blue.
