Review on 💄 Anastasia Beverly Hills Pro Pencil: Master Precision for Flawless Makeup by Tony Hoover

I saw this product when I was buying Anastasia eyebrow pencil and decided to try it. It's like an eyebrow pencil. I like it! He has a good fine-sharpened but soft colored pencil. I haven't had to sharpen it yet because you don't need it often. I followed the directions and once applied, added the brow pencil above and below the brow line, just in the mid-arch area, not all the way around. AMAZING difference! Makes the brows finer, cleaner, acts as a highlighter on the lower brow line to make the eyes look more open. This will stay in my makeup arsenal for a long time.
