If these are "runner" headphones that are clearly meant for running, then call me an Arabic speaking unicorn. Headphones are like jelly, not hard at all. So the first thing you have to try is to just insert it all into your ear so it's in the right position, while the hooks meant to stabilize the headphones are literally just decoration. Once you get going, the controller is REALLY heavy so after a few seconds it starts bouncing and eventually rips everything out of your ears. Whoever designed this obviously wasn't trying to walk with it!
