I bought these because we are dealing with a squatter who is also a petty thief. only 30 seconds. That's all. Now for the cons: I dropped the guide because it was written in horribly broken English and printed with few correct punctuation marks. The tags are chunky and not flimsy at all, so using them to track stolen items is impractical. Worst of all, the clauses require the app to be open all the time, otherwise the trackers will start beeping and won't stop until the batteries die. So if you do want to use them, be prepared to be chained to the app or listen to its high-pitched chirp until they run out. NO THANK YOU.
