First, the thickness of the mask and its multi-layer filter give you a completely safe feeling; and it suits my big fat face which is great lol. It also felt airtight and didn't fog up my glasses; but that has changed with repeated use and how long I wear them (although fogging isn't as bad as with sheet masks or N95). Also (and this is mentioned in some reviews) there is a very noticeable chemical smell that reminds me of that new car smell that some people love and hate. I thought that was the cause of the slight headache, but as the smell faded over time the headache persisted. Why? The bottom strap at the base of the neck is adjustable, but at least for me there is enough pressure to not only give me a headache but also a stiff neck. So... the search for the perfect mask continues.
