Metal tabs for springs, they no longer accidentally break when changing a lightbulb.

I didn't realize until I ordered that the tabs that attach the trim springs are metal. And that's great as the plastic bulbs break so easily when you try to remove the cover to replace a blown bulb. You have to change them repeatedly, like crappy plastic bottles.
