I appreciate how simple it makes A/B or multivariate tests. It's great because all of my reports are already made for me so I don't have time to write them myself! I wish there was more customization options in each report. There should be more visualizations available as well (e.g., line graphs instead of bar charts). Also, some data can be hard to read if not properly formatted. Don't hesitate to use this tool. This is one of our most effective tools when we're trying to optimize specific pages on our website. We were able to quickly see which links were performing best based off of previous analytics reporting.
