Bought them despite mixed reviews

I was in pain from a heel bone spur. They arrived the next day and by wearing them with a thick pair of socks I felt much better. I like the feel of the heel cup next to my skin. They will last probably about 6 to 7 weeks and I will need to buy again. But I thought they were a good purchase in the 10 dollar range. They can be hand washed and air dried.

Easy to clean by simply wiping with a damp cloth

Cons

The heel cups may cause discomfort or chafing in certain types of shoes
