Great product, great support and a trick to keep it running consistently.

I tried several pairs before figuring out a trick to keep them going, more on that below. All in all, these are excellent headphones that sit very well in the ears with the appropriate foam attachments. The sound is decent for their size and they work great with a variety of devices. I bought these to use with my TomTom running watch, iPhone and iPad. All three work great. Good cable management option to keep them in place and good function/button placement. They really stand out, perhaps with the best support in the business. They all work in harsh conditions with constant sweating and trembling. They will eventually fail, what sets them apart is the hassle-free replacement. Just give them a call within minutes if you want to send yours in and get a new pair. I have never experienced customer support as helpful as they have. A great trick I learned after looking at a few pairs is that they don't have current limiting built into the headphones while charging. You can overcharge your battery if you're not careful. The manual doesn't say this explicitly, but you should make sure that your charger only supplies 1 amp charging current. This is an old fashioned square apple charging block that will put out 1 amp if you still have it. Using a higher amperage charger or leaving them plugged in overnight will damage them. Most electronic devices have built in circuits to prevent this, but unfortunately they don't and you can burn your battery. During my most recent headphone swap I mentioned to the support rep that I had been through quite a bit and he seemed more knowledgeable than most and told me about it. Ever since I switched to this charger and left it just long enough for the light to turn green I haven't had the hiccups. I now have over 500 sweaty miles on new ones with no problems.
