I liked the idea of this pan because I regularly cook gluten and dairy free pancakes for my family. The only part of this that doesn't make it five stars is that they're just awkward to rotate. Not impossible, but definitely not as pleasant to flip as it would be in a shallow pan. I have to lift it on one side with a spatula while holding the other side of the pancake with another pan to keep it from slipping. Then I can put it under my shoulder blade and turn it around. PROS: Good quality, easy to clean, non-stick, I like to make lots of pancakes at once so I can freeze some and kids like pancakes of the same size. CONS: A bit inconvenient to flip them over.
