Like many people looking to replace these bulbs in their dome lights and map lights in their cars, I have come across many LEDs that have many complaints. the rest in many ways. It's instantly brighter than most if not all of its competitors. It has a serious finned heatsink on the back. No flicker and no polarity (it's no big deal). It's larger than a regular 6411/T10 bulb and needs some space around the bulb to dissipate heat, but my car light has so much space. I'll let you know if they have a good lifespan. UPDATE 6/27/19 These bulbs still work. They are bright and don't flicker. I have replaced all interior bulbs (7 total) as well as the license plate light. I highly recommend these pears.
